With the retirements of long-time Standing Order Programs customer administrators Janet Hill and Rita Allison come new but familiar faces to Collection Development. As many of you know, Rita Allison and Janet Hill retired March 1. They handled the Standing Order Program customer service and related tasks for more than 10 years.
I am happy to announce that Kim Collins and Dana Lynch have moved into those positions and are already answering questions and enrolling accounts.
Kim Collins (email@example.com) came from Ingram’s Account Services department and has also worked in ILS Inside Sales, so she knows many of our library customers already and has 20 years of customer engagement experience. She is filling the duties assigned to Janet, including customer service for the fiction, video, and iSelect programs; administering the Popular Series (Adult) program; and providing support and customer service for future Collection Development services.
Dana Lynch (firstname.lastname@example.org) came from Ingram’s Customer Care department with 17 years of Library Customer Care experience at Ingram. She knows some of our biggest library customers already and has been handling Collection Development billing, as well as K12 ordering. She is filling the duties assigned to Rita, including customer service for the nonfiction and reviewALERT programs; administering the Nonfiction Series (Adult) program; and providing support and customer service for future Collection Development services.
