What is ipage®?

Ingram’s easy-to-use online search, order, and account management platform acts as a retailer’s comprehensive source for complete title information, product images, stock status, updates, ordering, publicity, the latest industry news, and much more. ipage® not only provides booksellers with most comprehensive bibliographic data anywhere, it also allows customers to manage their Ingram account, product orders, bestseller lists, book awards, and author tours.

Why should I open an account?

In the UK, booksellers will have more opportunity to order directly from Ingram. With free shipping, and in most cases, improved terms, booksellers now have even more reason to order your titles.

How do I open an ipage® account?

You can open an ipage® account by completing the application form at the link below.

If you are an existing ipage® customer (able to order titles from the US) you will be required to email ii.customerservice@ingramcontent.com

Do I need more than one account for multiple branches / locations?

Yes, if you have branches / shops in different locations and would also like them to order through ipage® and to ensure your orders reach the correct destination, an account will need to be opened for all your branch / shop locations.

How do I log in to ipage®?

ipage.ingrambook.com will take you to the login page. Enter your user ID and password on the login page. (Remember, your password is case-sensitive.)

What currencies can I order a title in?

You will have the opportunity to order books in either USD or GBP – the availability of these options will vary from title to title due to where the title is available and what pricing it has set up.

What discounts are available?

Available discounts will be visible on ipage® when you select your title/s.

What are the freight/shipping options?

Free shipping to all UK mainland destinations including UK freight forwarders. Orders under 2kg will be shipped via 2nd class mail (un-trackable service), orders weighing 2kg and over will be shipped via UPS (trackable service) for next day delivery (UK Mainland only).

Carton quantity versus minimum order levels

The minimum quantity you can order is 1 copy. The carton quantity is a guide if placing orders in bulk.

How will I be invoiced / billed?

Soft copy invoices will be sent to the specified ‘bill to’ email address provided when an account is opened, these will be emailed the day after your order/s are shipped.

What do I need to do if our company / Business relocates?

If your address changes, once your account has opened, please email ii.customerservice@ingramcontent.com as soon as possible with full new address and contact number details, referencing your account number.
