Submit a discrepancy report for damaged or defective products to Customer Care by completing the form below. Once this form is submitted, if applicable, a return label will be sent to your provided email and a credit memo will be issued upon processing. Please submit your replacement order with your next regular order. Please note: reports of damaged or defective products from Global ipage orders should be directed to Lightning Source UK or Lightning Source AU.
