NASHVILLE, TENN (February 2, 2023) - Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) announces William Daniel as the new Vice President of Application Services. In his new role, Daniel will be responsible for leading Ingram’s application services portfolio.
With more than 23 years of experience in application engineering and technology leadership, Daniel joins Ingram after 15 years with Intersoft Data Labs where he served as the chief technology officer.
“I am honored to be a part of the Ingram team,” says Daniel. “Ingram has a great culture that focuses on community and encourages people to take pride in what they do. I hope to contribute to that by building consensus, bringing people together, connecting data and changing technology.”

In his previous roles, Daniel worked with companies in the Fintech world, retail space, and healthcare arena. He’s led teams as large as 110 people over periods as long as six years to accomplish transformational feats. Throughout his career, he has helped companies develop technical solutions to reflect real-time inventory to reduce major revenue losses, built end-to-end solutions for order processing, implemented strategic technology architecture to implement organizational data strategy and improve analytics, reporting, and more. His skills in Software as a Service, solutions development, integrations, and databases combined with big data skills using event-driven architecture will help him accomplish his goals at Ingram.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, was named a Leader of the Year in 2018 by Intersoft Data Labs, and received recognition for his committed service by his previous company in 2022. He and his family relocated to Tennessee from Colorado for this opportunity.
