NASHVILLE, TENN (May 1, 2025) – Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) announces the promotion of Amy Cox Williams to Vice President of Marketing. In her new role, Williams will lead Ingram’s global marketing programs including consumer-facing platforms and services, brand positioning and communications, and comprehensive B-to-B publisher advertising.
"Amy’s extensive leadership experience across our organization makes her especially well-suited to drive growth and develop new ways to serve readers, publishers, retailers, and libraries,” said Phil Ollila, Chief Commercial and Content Officer at Ingram.
Williams has played a vital role in Ingram’s ongoing growth and positioning within the industry. Her tenure includes leadership roles in International Sales and Marketing, along with key contributions to strategic initiatives like Ingram’s UK wholesale business launch. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Product Buying and Merchandising.
“I look forward to leading the Ingram marketing team, and working with our publisher partners and customers, as we chart the next phase of our growth through developing creative solutions that put more books in the hands of readers everywhere,” said Williams.
As Ingram continues to grow in relevance within the global publishing landscape, Williams’ expertise and forward-thinking approach align with the company's mission to drive long-term growth, adaptability, and quality services for the global publishing industry.
Williams will begin her new role in June, succeeding Brian McKinley, who has held the position since 2015. She will be based at Ingram’s headquarters in La Vergne, TN.
